Ballet with Robert La Fosse

Length: 65 min. Level: Intermediate Space: Large

Class Description:

Robert La Fosse asks for precision and musicality, because nothing else will do. With his focus on fitting the steps perfectly into the music, you will develop the sustained and fast twitch strength to “properly” execute each exercise. Don’t worry though, Robert’s here to help you on your way to exactitude, which will leave you feeling good and looking toned. We suggest that you take it a few times to get the full benefit, but even once will push you in new ways.

Music by John Epperson

Featuring dancers: Julian Donahue, Giulia Faria, and Amanda Treiber
