Audio Bartenieff with Alexandra Beller

Length: 33 min. Level: Open Space: Small

Class Description:

Focusing on the relationship between both Inner and Outer, and Action and Consequence, this Bartenieff Fundamentals class is a floor-based sequence in which we move from meditation to movement. Fluid, organic, and personal, the class will begin with a guided, embodied meditation and transition into skeletal movement sequence meant to illuminate our personal kinetic chains, allow us to repattern asymmetries, and get juicy through a joint-based accumulating series of initiations and sequences.
