Katie Boren’s goal is focused on strengthening and conditioning for dancers. Cross training is important for injury prevention and overall technical enhancement. This class incorporates the exercises and routines that the ABT Ballerina has found tremendously helpful throughout her career. Conditioning for dancers is great for anyone looking to strengthen, stabilize, and gain more awareness of the body’s capabilities.
