There’s no one better to lead you through this athletic and lyrical form then the elegant and stunning Khalia Campbell of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. In this 40 minute open level class, practice flat backs, fortifications, coccyx balances, stags, and lateral side pulls. If you’re new and don’t know what that means, don’t worry. Horton is a technique that’s excellent for tricking you into back, core, and hamstring strengthening while you focus on the joy of moving with the music.
