Kathryn Morgan’s performances have a unique quality of self-reflection and dramatic artistry. Such qualities are evident even in this compact, hour-long class. Given the many exercises during the 36' barre that analyze the working of parts of the foot, including the toes, this class is great on its own or for prepping for pointe. Throughout, Kathryn speaks about the various purposes of the exercises in terms of their effect on specific muscles important to classical choreography for women or their value to a woman's role in partnering or how the steps anticipate the performance of multiple fouettés. Everything about it is engaging and perfectly catered to the users at home.

This intermediate class runs approximately an hour long.
